Bausch & Lomb’s Academy of Vision Care will expand throughout Europe, the contact lens giant has revealed.

The web-based learning resource – www.academyofvisioncare.co.uk – was re-launched this month and provides practitioners with online continuous education and professional development through videos, pod casts and print.

A new ‘My Academy’ tool on the website allows users to tailor the site to their own personal education requirements and record all their CET in one place.

Cheryl Donnelly, medical affairs manager for EMEA Vision Care, commented: “At Bausch & Lomb we are extremely proud to provide our customers with a high quality generic education. The website was initially introduced in the UK last year.
